YCE, Inc. Earns Green Business Certification from City of Ventura 

 

Marta Alvarez first read about the City of Ventura’s Certified Green Business program online at the city’s website.

“We were ‘green’ way before it was fashionable,” said YCE, Inc. Founder and President, Marta Alvarez, PE/LS/MASCE. “However, I felt becoming a City of Ventura Certified Green Business would be a great way to expand our sustainable efforts.” Living and working green is second nature for Alvarez and her team. As civil engineers specializing in agricultural engineering, sustainable practices are really engrained in how YCE operates every day.
